General interior wall repaint costs
WALLS ONLY *Starting prices only for estimation. Not to be considered in final bid.* Based on average time and square ft. of total wall spaces and prep necessity. Family rooms/Foyers with high 2 story ceilings are considered as two rooms. (Includes minor repair of small holes, dents, blemishes, imperfections, previous paint drips, full wall sanding between coats.) large repairs will be considered as case by case and will adjust for time and material.

Additional cost to add Ceilings
Refreshing the ceilings is a great way to brighten the room, and to eliminate dust. A ceiling coat is often recommended to remove any previous wall color that may have made its way onto the ceiling, especially in bold colors. We like our lines to be as straight as possible. Cabinets
All pricing includes bases. Bases and faces needing excessive cleaning will Adjust for Time and Material. Pricing is based on average 1 coat primer and 2 topcoats, darker colored cabinets and some wood toned finishes will require 2 coats primer to maximize tone concealment. Raw woods have the possibility of bleeding tannin, which will require stain blocking primer to conceal discoloration from tannin. By default, insides of bases are not included. Starting Prices only. 2 colors included (trim and body). extra colors are additional cost. No discount for single color. Need to be notified of surrounding terrain, Roof Pitch, All landscaping risks need to be removed prior to start day. *All animal waste must be removed from area before work will begin or continue. NO exceptions. Client is held accountable for cleaning fees.* Client will also need to provide professional pest control for insect nests.

Pressure Wash
Pressure washes are necessary for a majority of exterior paint/stain projects. To ensure project is prepped for paint and the final product comes out as expected, washes will be completed by us. Wash prices are based on estimated sq Ft, Materials needed, Time to complete, accessibility and levels of structures.

Minimum cost based on travel and setup, along with necessary materials for wash, will vary as prices scale with the project.

The minimum cost for exterior painting, including travel and setup, along with necessary materials for the wash, such as ladders or scaffolding, will vary.
Additional Repairs
Drywall patches, cracked ceilings, loose/peeling tape seams, chips in trim, residual stains (candle wax, hairspray, inks,) or any residue that may cause bonding issues. These additional repairs will be based on Time and material.

We will accommodate some projects in need of hanging and finishing on a case by case basis. Please note that we do not hang full sheets on ceilings.
Carpentry & Miscellaneous
In some cases, carpentry and other miscellaneous repairs may be needed to ensure we can continue delivering quality. We will discuss the scope of work and whether we have the availability to carry out the required duties, all while keeping painting prices in mind.
